  • - 10% deduction if cancelled 15 days or more before check-in.
  • - 50% deduction if cancelled between 48 hours and 14 days before check-in.
  • - No refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in.

Postponement and Preponement

  • - No charges if requested at least 15 days before check-in.
  • - 20% fee if requested between 7 and 14 days before check-in.
  • - 50% fee if requested between 24 hours and 7 days before check-in.
  • - No changes allowed within 24 hours of check-in.
